The Travel Architect visits Franschhoek Motor Museum and L’Ormarins Wine Estate

A visit to The Franschhoek Motor Museum is a must, even if you’re not a car enthusiast.

I was very lucky to be given a guided tour by the curator Wayne on my trip which had been organised by Patrick at Luxury Africa.

The museum offers an insight into more than 100 years of motoring history with its unique and exciting collection of vehicles and memorabilia in the magnificent setting of L’Ormarins.

We then were driven in a Cadillac through the estate to sample some of the Anthonij Rupert wines. On our way we passed some brand new Lamborghini hurricanes which were being tested out with a value of £300,000 per car ! Interestingly the guys involved wanted to take photos of us in the Cadillac !

Feedback from South Africa

It’s all part of The Travel Architect service to go the extra mile when booking clients and great to get feedback.

I’ve just received this from clients currently in South Africa
