Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort was inspired by Charles Telfair a famous naturalist who lived in the 19th century in the Bel Ombré Sugar Estate.

He was best known for his innovative work in the sugar cane industry and tracking down many indigenous plants which his wife Anabella then painted in watercolours.

There is a fantastic golf course – Le Golf du Chateau set in historic cane fields, an unspoilt lagoon with lots of different water sports on offer, the Seven Colours Spa and the Frederica nature reserve where you can go quad biking and swim in waterfalls.
Or you can just chill out and relax at a pool, on the beach or at the C Beach Club.

Beachcomber Hotels Visit – Paradis and Dinarobin

This morning I visited 2 Beachcomber hotels which are situated next to each other at the base of the stunning Le Morne mountain in the Le Morne peninsula.

The beach between Paradis Hotel and Golf Club and Dinarobin Hotel Golf and Spa stretches for 7 kms.

Paradis focuses more on sports facilities and is where the water sports centre is based.

There are also 6 tennis courts, 2 separate gyms, a Pilates studio and of course the golf course at Paradis.

The photographs below are of the beachfront pool and stunning beach
